Hi Doug,

The most recent version of the Stripe Add-on for Exchange is 1.1.13, but it looks like you're running version 1.1.8.  Try updating to the latest version and then see if the issue clears up.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise

Hello Support,

Here's a $1.00 product: http://gobeldesign.com/exchange/?product=my-sample-product

My customer sent this notice.

"this is the message that came back....???? API key????"  It only asked for email address, card#, exp date and CVC.code.

I tried and got this notice.

"If you are a customer of this website, please contact their support for help. If you own this website: your Stripe publishable API key is not correct. You can learn more about how to integrate Checkout at https://stripe.com/docs/checkout"

I have the correct "Live Secret Key" and "Live Published Key".

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help.

Doug G.
