Replying to Backup Buddy License Not Active

"License Key is not set yet or invalid. Manage your license for automatic upgrades. Plugin up to date."
I checked the license and it IS set, the license # is
4FECE8413YEE5766565427. The pop-up also states that "
This site is currently not licensed. Please generate a new license key for this site." But the current license is ACTIVE. How can I fix this??
