I have spent all day trying to get backup buddy to work on one of my wordpress websites.  I purchased to do 10 websites.  Nothing is working right. Every step of the way I have contacted the server to grant or change permissions, going back to see what what done each time.

The youtubes are great, but nothing works the way youtube videos are saying.

So now I can do data back up, but not full back up, the server keeps timing out.

I can't sign into the forum but can sign into ithemes...

Sorry the day is at an end and I have gone round and round and round.

Hi Mike,

When you sign in to the forum, are you able to access the BackupBuddy page?  You may not be able to access it as this time due to the fact that you aren't signed in.  Your forum login information should be the same as your login information for your iThemes member panel.

Once you login, please post your question in the BackupBuddy forum and they'll help you out.

Thanks,

Elise

Hello,

I attempted to reach the BackupBuddy forum, however it is going to a page which can no longer be found.

Hopefully this will get pushed in the right direction.

Received the following error status during an automatic backup attempt of our WordPress site.

An error occurred with BackupBuddy v2.2.35 on Tue, 13 Nov 12 18:55:56 +0000 for the site http://nosi.biz.  The error is displayed below:

One or more backup steps reported a failure. Backup failure running function `backup_zip_files` with the arguments `` with backup serial `pxow2im8g9`. Please run a manual backup of the same type to verify backups are working properly.

Can this be chalked up to a bad serial key?
