please sign into the forum (using the same login credentials you use to enter the membership area from where you downloaded the theme files) , and post your support question in the appropriate theme forum, I assume that will be <a href="http://ithemes.com/forum/index.php?/forum/64-builder/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">the Builder support forum</a> in this case,
