Welcome to the iThemes Free Plugin Support Forum.  In this area, please post issues related only to plugins released by iThemes.  While we want to provide support for these plugins, the level of support in this area will be different than our premium support we offer for our paid plugins and themes. 
Here is what you can expect:

• Response as quickly as we can, but it most likely will not be immediate.
  
• Guidance through customization
  
• Noted suggestions for future updates

Here is what you should NOT expect

• Immediate response. We offer priority in response time to our premium themes and plugins
  
• Us to customize your plugin. We encourage you to rip our plugins apart and make them your own, but we can't dedicate our time to doing it for you
