I purchased the Essence Theme and now have a question. It was awhile ago... I can't log into the memeber area to ask a question. It says I don't exist; did my support privelidges run out?

Hi,

that depends when "a while ago" was. Contact sales@ithemes.com with your request, to see if you are eligible for theme updates and support. This may (!) be the case when you purchased the theme early 2009 or before. If you purchased a one year subscription, and that has run out, you need to renew your subscription in order to be able to access theme updates and support.

When contacting sales, please include proof of purchase, and as much relevant info (username and e-mail address you used)
