Do your themes include a custom.css page that can be edited to change font size, background color, etc?

Builder uses child themes. style.css in child theme can be edited to customize font size, background colors etc.

See http://ithemes.com/codex/page/Builder_Child_Themes

Ronald shall update you about our other themes.

Hi,

most themes include a custom.css, not all. Then, there are themes that use child themes, which is basically a more advanced way to add custom css functionality. If you want to know about certain themes specifically, I can update you on that.

let us know,
Ronald
