How do I setup the tabber like you have on the ithemes.com page for training, plugins and themes?

Is there a tutorial?

There isn't a tutorial on how to create those tabs, that isn't actually the tabber widget plugin on ithemes.com.

You can create the same thing using tabber widget it would just take some CSS customizations.

We don't have a tutorial on how to create that tabber style but if you decide to try and recreate that then we will be happy to help you with any questions that you have.

How did you implement then? It was suggested in the members forum that's what was used that's why I asked about it.
