Is there a way to do the following with any of the Display Buddy plugins?

I want to create a grid of widgets. Each widget will have an
icon in it.When you roll over each icon, a different icon is swaps in.

I could do this easily as a rollover in Flash, but would
prefer a non-flash solution. If not Display Buddy - is there a WordPress plug-in that allows me to do
this without using flash?

Or â is that something I can do with CSS â keeping in mind I have very little CSS experience?

BTW, The plugin forum is really confusing to use. I couldn't see where to post about Display Buddy so I posted here, so apologies!.

Many thanks in advance
