I have a prospective client with three separate Mortgage websites
(one is a WordPress blog). They all contain many java-script 'modules'
such as mortgage calculators, a video feed, etc. that he buys through a
mortgage subscrition service. He also has a table that he manually
updates each day, and several other feeds from a blog he has on another
site, etc.

He wants to compile everything, including the blog, onto one WordPress site.

I've not worked on a site like this before and as soon as I see
"java-script" I get nervous because I am mostly a graphic designer.
However, I've done about 8 sites on Builder and feel comfortable with
it, and I THINK all of his java-script stuff could be placed into
sidebar widgets/widget bars? Im not sure.

I am now researching which Theme or Child Theme would be best for me
to use based on the many components he wants on the site, and so I can
give him a cost proposal.

Which Builder Child Theme do you think would be the best in terms of ease of adding java-script to sidebars/widget bars? (I THINK that's how I would do it...not sure right now).

or

is iBusiness Theme (real estate) what I should use? If so, is it compatible with Builder?

I am doing this research in order to come up with a cost proposal for him.

thanks so much!
