What is included with support:
Premium support includes theme/plugin issues such as: bugs encountered under normal operation, how to use basic features, basic WordPress help, and basic help with customization (meaning we point you to resources and will help in more depth as time allows). More information.
Support during Holidays:
During the Holidays (Dec. 22 - Jan. 2) our support staff will spend well-deserved time with their families and loved ones.
We can not guarantee the same level of support that you are used to.
Moderators will check in on the support forum, but response times may be longer than expected.

Theme Flexx Professional bought it a week ago NOT satisfied

I was persuaded by a video on a site pushing your themes, to buy one of your them-should know better. Moral of the story , I am completely unsatisfied with the product, I can't figure out how to work it. I know some html, and when I tried to go to the editor to customize the theme a little, I realize that your coding is very estrange and I don't seem to be able to customize it at all, which is not fair. The videos inside the theme which are suppose to be tremendous support and help to the user are absolutely worthless and outdated. I've wasted so much time, can anyone there address this problem please.

Please sign in to the forum using the username and password you use to download the theme, and post your issues in the <a href="http://ithemes.com/forum/index.php?/forum/38-flexx/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Flexx support forum</a>. I am sure we will be able to help you out with any issues that you have.
