I'm double checking the info I saw in an earlier post about this.  It said that to get support after the first year (for those purchasing themes after May 2009) - you must pay for the theme all over again.  That could be prohibitively expensive to re-buy them annually.
Is that the way it's going to stay?
What about for buying an all access pass or combo package of 6 themes?  What would the charge for updates and support be for those situations, please?
Thank you.

Cathrine -
We deal with updates like a magazine subscription does. You pay for one year of updates and support with the theme.  When that year is up, you get to keep the versions that you have up to that point, but you will not receive any more unless you subscribe again.
This is the case for all themes and packages.

Well, how you charge is your right, of course.  I'll just toss in my customer feedback for what it's worth, that I would be extremely reluctant to buy a package for several hundred dollars and know that support is cut off in a year.  But I'm sure you've already heard that.

I appreciate your confirming it, at any rate.

**I meant to ask - Do you allow customers to keep 'read-only rights' to the foums related to purchased themes after the one year access?
