How do I access the backupbuddy support forum!

Hi

I've bought 10 copies of backup buddy and whilst in the past I've managed use it to migrate a site I'm now having problems and need advice/support.

Using the details provided when I purchased backupbuddy I can log into my account to download the latest version etc., but when ever I try to access the support forums, I'm just given guest status and cannot access the backupbuddy support forum.

Requesting a new password or clicking forgotten password does not work. Can someone, please help.

This is incredibly frustrating.

Hi Paul,

here's a video tutorial on how the support forum works, and perhaps, if you can login to the download area, you could access the forum from the membership page. If that fails, can you send me a PM or e-mail (ronald@ithemes.com) with your login credentials (username/password, e-mail you used to sign up, forum nickname) so I can have a closer look.
