Prior to purchasing a 2 user version of Backup Buddy I filled in the contact form on the web site with some questions - no one ever got back to me !

I purchased it anyway!

I like the product and now need to upgrade to the unlimited license version...

There was a 30% discount voucher mentioned on an email - again I filled in the contact form with a question on this - again no answer...

So just wondering what one has to do to get some support!

Hi Dave,

the forum is here for product support. For sales and administrative issues, please contact sales@ithemes.com by e-mail if you haven't done so already. Which contact form (on which page) have you been using, we need to check that and see who's the recipient for the forms entered,

ps It would be a good idea to add a checkbox that is often seen on feedback forms 'send a copy to me'. Other wise you have no record of the information you have sent !

About a week ago we discovered a glitch in our email system. We think we were able to recover all the lost contact form submissions, but if you did not receive a response from sales@ithemes.com, please send another email with your question. They'll make it right. :)

Just to advise that I emailed sales@ and received a prompt reply from 'Char'.

Consequently, I have upgraded to BB unlimited and am now a happy camper!
