Hi there,
I'm really interested in the Photogallery1 theme to show off my desktop designs and I'm seriously considering getting it. But before I pop in my credit card and stuff, I just wanted to clarify a few things. I have a friend who also purchased this theme and he mentioned that he had a bit of a headache setting it up. First there was a problem trying to get the thumbnails to work. We're both not tech savvy people so we didn't know what to do. I even went over to his place to help him try to get the thing working. I dunno if he ever got it to work but that's another story.
Okay, so bottom line, has this theme been updated or something? I don't want to go thru the same issues that my friend had. (I think he got this theme like 6-7 months ago.) I don't want to go thru what he did but I really like to get this theme.

Hi,
we're not aware of issues with the thumbnails, there have been regular updates to the theme, but none particular to that area. In case there are any issues, we're her on the forum to help out.
Also, have you checked the theme tutorial on this page?
It would be nice to know what exactly the issues were that your friend was experiencing, it may have just been a misunderstanding?
