Hello

As a new developer on wordpress.

I like to know what is the most flexible system from the end customer point of view .

In terms of

- He , the end customer, can change the images

- can change the text from the front page.

on a word he can change the most part of the blog content not the design but the content

Thinking on builder o flexx . What is the best system from this point of view.

Best regards

Antonio

Builder will provide you more flexibility in this aspect.

One of the many features of Builder is Widget Content widget using which even the content of widgets can be edited in WP's WYSWYG editor.
