I purchased Builder earlier this week. I did view the Builder Codex so I believe I did set up an account. Now I can't log on to the Builder site or the support forum. I did request a new password to be emailed to me a couple of days ago and I have gotten no response. Can someone PLEASE help me get my user name and password? I need to get started ASAP.

Hi Jennifer,
you should be able to retrieve your password, or username and password when you click the "lost password" link, or here http://ithemes.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Either enter your username, or the e-mail address you used when registering.
I have tested this multiple times, and it works, an you check your spam folder?

Ronald,
Thank you for your quick response. I have tried the retrival from the link you gave me, but I have just discovered we are having some email issues this afternoon. I will have to wait and see if a response comes in once things are being recieved again. Will the username/password sent from that link be the only one I will need to access everything on iThemes? I just want to make sure there aren't mulitple sign ons.

you use the same login for the downloads/membership area as for the members only support forum. More here.
