I can't find a better place to post this...
I bought BackupBuddy a year ago, on 27th March, Paypal Transaction ID:0DT78266UN914241H
I have lost track of my zip file for this product, due to a change in computer. When I log into my members' area, it tells me I have no active subscriptions.
How can I get a copy of the product? Surely I don't have to pay another $150 just to recover it?
Please advise.
Thanks

Hi Rob,
when you purchase one of our products, you purchase one year of access to the support forum and the membership (product download) area, and one year of product updates. It appears that your one year subscription has ended, you have received several e-mail before that happened, indicating this would happen.
BackupBuddy still remains fully functional acros all the sites you have it installed, to receive product support or product updates, you need to renew your subscription.
To recover your copy of BackupBuddy, you could always download the BackupBuddy folder from one of the sites where you have backupbuddy installed using FTP, as a backup copy of the product.
hope that clarifies,
Ronald
