Does Mobile Buddy support:
post thumbnails
Retweet buttons
and it compatible with W3 Total Cache?

On detection of a mobile browser the plugin just swaps out the theme that it sends to the user. So it works like a normal theme essentially. The currently included themes do not include post thumbnails, however, support for post thumbnails (featured post images) takes just one modification to the functions file.

Retweet buttons can be added using either a plugin or a line of code, and I see no reason why w3 total cache isn't supported, since that works on the WordPress backend.
