I purchased the Titanium theme some time ago but it is not showing up in my account now that you have switched over to new system.
I need the template again. Can you provide access to download it?

Email sales@ithemes with a copy of your sales receipt, if you have it. Otherwise just provide general info so they can look it up.
They can get you taken care of with the theme download
