I'm a web developer and I am working on a website for a client who has an iTheme.com theme. The theme was purchased on behalf of my client by a previous developer. That developer is no longer in business and cannot be contacted.
I need to ask some support questions about the theme, but cannot get any information without an iTheme membership login account.
Does iTheme keep domain info on file so I can prove that the theme was indeed paid for and thereby get support? If not, what other procedure can I follow to get this solved?
I'm happy to provide details in private to iTheme staff upon request :)

please contact email@example.com by e-mail with as much relevant information you have. Note that purchases are not linked to a domain, so that won't do. They are linked to a person or business, so it might be difficult without the cooperation of the current owner. Anyway, please include Name and e-mail of the previous developer, date of purchase, etc. etc. so our sales staff can look into it,

Thanks for the info. The owner of the site is more than happy to cooperate and I can provide the name of the original developer to your staff as well.
I did manage to fix the problem with the site, however, so I'm not in a big hurry.
