Hi, I have put in two requests to upgrade my BackUp Buddy to the Developers Suite through the web form but havent received even an auto ticket number response. Can you tell me if there is a problem on my end. I have iThemes whitelisted and have received other emails promptly .. thanks Kim

our e-mails do end up in spam or bulk folders sometimes. I suggest though that you contact sales@ithemes.com by e-mail directly, they will be able to help out,
