NEED HELP!!! - Login Failure

Lastnight, I purchased BackupBuddy. I set up my account, paid then downloaded backupbuddy. Eventually I logged out, but when I went to log back in, I get the message 'Username or password incorrect'. Very strange as I know I typed my password in correctly. So I tried the lost password feature with both my email address and my username. Both times the system told me that I will be sent an email with my password. That was over 8 hours ago and I have yet to receive an email.

I need to fixed as soon as possible.

Sometimes mails may end up in junk/spam folder. Check that.
