In Flexx Theme, are you able to customize the title tags for each page and for each individual post?

Also, I like the layout design in the Essence theme. Is it possible to get something like this for Flexx? Is essence SEO friendly? Further, I am going to be making a lot of pages, are there any limit to the amount of pages I can make with these themes? Can I use the simple sidebar navigation plug-in with these themes? Thank You.

regarding SEO, this is one of the testimonials a Flexx user left in the members forum:

Essence is using very particular graphics and it will not be easy to recreate that in Flexx, but it can be done (as in, anything can be done depending on your graphical design, php, css, html and WordPress skills). But spending (probably) hours and hours to achieve that may also justify the purchase of Essence theme.
We have not had any reports of incompatibility with the sidebar navigation plugin.
