I am looking at the builder theme and am wondering what support and updates are offered after the first year? I will be using this for my own
and clients sites, so support and updates are a very important aspect. Thanks for your help.

All of our themes are handled the same way in terms of support/updates and that is in 1-year subscriptions.
So, you purchase now and automatically get 1 year of theme updates and forum access. After the one year the theme is still yours to use and keep. But you will no longer receive updates nor forum access. You would need to renew your subscription in order to keep receiving these benefits.
To renew the subscription would be the same price again. It's like a magazine subscription - to continue to receive updates, new versions, etc you would renew at the year mark . But you don't have to renew at the end of your subscription. It's completely optional. All those themes are still yours to have and use. You'd only need the renewal to receive the updates in the future and support.

The renewal price is what the theme is priced after the 1st year - although they will likely still be priced at 79.95
Basically you are just re-purchasing whatever items you would like to continue to receive Support and Updates on for another year.
