Hi i am considering buying either a full all access pack or maybe just the builder theme i have already purchased the titanium theme if i where to buy the builder theme and then decided to buy the all access pack at a later date would i get the money i would have paid for the titanium theme and the builder theme off the all access pass?

Yes, if you wanted to upgrade to the All-Access Pass then any individual themes that you have already paid for would work as credit towards the 499.95 of All-Access.
You can email sales@ithemes.com when you're ready for the upgrade and they will get everything figured out for you.
