Hi, I am watching videos of older webinars. I had to restart my computer. I was about an hour into a 2+ hour webinar. How do I get back to where I left off?

thanks,

Stacey

Hi Stacey,

restart the page with the video, and wait so that it loads, then skip to the location you were at when you restarted your computer,

Ronald

Hi Ronald,

Thanks for your reply.

I was unsuccessful in moving the little blue box or moving the white box with the time or clicking in the black bar to about where I was when I had to stop. Nothing lets me skip to the location I was at.

Any other suggestions?

Stacey

Hi Stacey,

no, I'm afraid not. Perhaps you could try the webdesign.com forumthough,

I did post on the webdesign.com forum and didn't receive a response.

I sent a message via the contact page on webdesign.com and didn't receive a response.

There is a note that the webdesign.com forum was not for technical issues and technical issues shoud be posted on this forum.

This is quite frustrating. Why isn't there support for webdesign.com issues?

How can I get help on this issue?

Thanks,

Stacey

Can you please give the URL of your post in webdesign.com forum?

I will reply there with a workaround.
