Hi,
I can't seem to see/access forum for BackupBuddy? I do have an active BackupBuddy subscription. All I can see on PluginBuddy Plugins section is the Free Plugins Support forum. Could you please help? I tried logging out and back in but nothing changed.

me neither - I managed to get in yesterday but still not sure how - and now it is telling me my username and password are wrong (I can log in to the member pages but not the support). I thought maybe I need a different login for the support area but when I click 'create a new user' it says new memberships are not being accepted at this time. I am getting a fatal error with my plugin and need help - very frustrating that I can't access it again...

Raizamn, your permissions are fine, you should be able to access http://ithemes.com/forum/index.php?/forum/74-backupbuddy/
Tanya, you appear to be signed in as a guest, you need to login with the same username password you used on the old forum. Use the "forgotten password" function, just in case
