I'm just reviewing the Builder training at http://ithemes.com/2010/12/01/ithemes-builder-basics-free-online-workshop/. I did this training live a while back. I needed to review.
The training you've posted is great but could be better for review if you would post some description for each video segment. This would work so much better for those of us wanting to review but not sure which video clip or clips we should start with to answer specific questions or clear up any conceptual misunderstanding.

We are working on written documentation in which all the concepts and features of Builder are clearly explained.
