Is It Possible, Post-Sale, To Adjust A Purchase ...?

i bought the Developer Plug-in Pack but have come to realize that all I really need is Backup Buddy.
Can I adjust this purchase so that I no longer have access to the other plug-ins, and will delete all my downloads, and get a refund on the difference between the cost of the Developer Plug-In License and just a license for Backup Buddy?
