Confused About Renewing Products & Subscriptions

I have BackupBuddy on two sites and the license key has expired. My account shows:


Accordion (2 sites) 11/10/2012

BackupBuddy (2 sites) 12/10/2011

What's Accordion? I don't remember buying it.

How do I renew? The only BackupBuddy renewal I see is called BackupBuddy Mobile (2) for $45. Is that the one I want?

Will I have to renew Accordian next year too?

Shouldn't there be some kind of renewal notice that goes out before it actually expires?

Also something is wrong with the BackupBuddy forum. I get, "[#103139] You do not have permission to view this forum."
