I tried to login in members area but none of my email or username worked to reset password.
How do I find what username or email I have setup in pluginbuddy?

if you don't remember your username and e-mail address, it get's complicated. Please try to find your welcome e-mails or purchase/payment confirmations. Your forum username and password is the same as your membership username/password that you should have received by e-mail.
