I have the essence theme and after upgrading to wp 3.3 the visual editor is no longer working. Is this a known issue? Do I need to purchase an upgrade?

Hi,
please sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the Essence support forum, http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/36-essence/
