I was a member of the old forum and need to revisit an answer Ronald provided to one of my questions. How do I access the old forum or where do I ask a new question?
The question relates to Essence.

Thanks for the reply - however when I click on the link I get this message - [#103139] You do not have permission to view this forum. When I try to register it says admin are not accepting new registrations.
Don't I have access to my old posts?

your product membership details (associated with the login with which you posted this support request) does not show a current active subscription (your subscription expired January 2011). A subscription entitles you to premium support, product upgrades and access to the product support forums.
If your subscription has expired we would request that you renew your membership. Please note that if you have multiple logins associated with different products we can merge those into one if this would be more convenient for you.

I didn't know that I was not entitled to view the support forums after purchasing $400 worth of themes!
No more building itheme sites for me....
