WordPress installation and database at this location- how do I delete this data most effectively please

I am also trying to do a Restore/Migrate and I keep getting the message that my site has WP files installed on it. I deleted all wp- related files & dirs. Still says same. So what gives? What do I do next? I tried several times & read thru/watched tutorials on this. There is NO support forum for BackUpBuddy ?

the (members only) forum for BackupBuddy can be found here: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/  you need to log in with your username and password you use to download the product(s) you purchased from the membership page,
