Hi,

1. I was wondering if public coupon code (posted on your blog or through email) can be used to renew existing subscription.

2. My case is I have an ongoing BackupBuddy subscription (10 sites) which expires in November. On my member panel, every option to renew BackupBuddy says: "Membership length for Support and Updates: 1 year from time of purchase". Does it mean that if I re-new now (using the coupon code), my subscription will expire 1 year from now (not 1 year after November)?

Thanks
