Hi,

I purchased builder late 20120,

Recently I wanted to make a site on builder for myself, and it didn't allow me???

Is this because the subscription is over after a year?

If this is correct, than I like to see, where that is communicated in the front end/purchase bill?!

If I would have known, I would have not bought it.

I believe if you purchase something, isn't is yours?

I do see that there is a year subscription and support, i don't see anywhere that I can't use it any more.

Subscription doesnt mean per definition that you cant use it anymore...

Please help

Marty

Hi,

Builder will work and continue to work as it did, even after the subscription period ends. It indeed only means that you will not have access to the Builder support forum or updates to the theme through your membership page, but I emphasise, there is NO code in Builder whatsoever that will make Builder behave differently without such a subscription.

If you could specify "it didn't allow me", we can have a look, however, for further technical support on Builder, you should renew your license.

Thnx Ronald,

with my subscriptions I received certain plugins with a code, (which i meant , sorry for this) when I use the code it says that I have no access.
I will re-install and make a screen dump!
I truly appreciate the fast response and intent on renewing my subscription, but need to get some "green bucks" put aside, to do so!
thnx again and I wouldnt complain if builder wasn't such an awesome tool!
