A fatal error has been encountered. The backup has halted.
it happens at various stages not at the same point each time then when you press the ok button to dispose of the error message it gives you the option to tick a box with
"prevent this page from creating additional dialogs"
do i click this? and how can i stop tis error occurring and do a full back up of my site.

please sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the Backupbuddy support forum: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/

We don't make it difficult, we use members only support forums so that we can dedicate all our support efforts to those that are entitled to support. If you sign into the forum using the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), you will see the members only forums that you have a valid subscription for.
