Hey guys,
I'm VERY new to word press and developing but it's been great so far.  I actually used the Grunge theme to redesign my existing nonprofit that I work with.  The old site (<a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.urbanfusiononline.org" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.urbanfusiononline.org</a>) was done pro bono for us a while back but is very limted to what we can change, now that the developer really isn't around.  Can't add pages etc..
Now the new nonprofit has many other programs that we couldn't update on the  old site….   So iThemes was the perfect solution.  It's also provided me with a small part time job creating sites for friends and family.  I learn as I go pretty much.
Here is the new site: (temp we address) <a rel="nofollow" href="http://urbanfusion.visiondrivenmedia.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">urbanfusion.visiondrivenmedia.com</a>  I'll be using my newly purchased "Backup-Buddy Plugin" to transfer the site over to the other domain.
Basic but world of difference…  It's a start.
Constructive Critz MORE than welcome!  Honestly!
-Mike

Hi Michael: Looks good.
You might want to use pretty permalinks. For example, your 'About Us' page's current URL is http://urbanfusion.visiondrivenmedia.com/?page_id=2
Go to Settings -> Permalinks and select Day and name.
Then it will become http://urbanfusion.visiondrivenmedia.com/about-us/
