Backup Buddy Gave Me Error Then My Website Was Gone!

Hi I am not sure what happened all I did was generate me a key then it was active then I went to back and restore I wanted just to make a backup so I clicked on full back up then it went to work it stopped at 1.7gb then gave an error I cannot remember what it was but it started with r that’s all I can remember then website and everything has been deleted don’t know what happened I don’t use cpanel I using Plesk cpanel.
The web host is this

I do not know what happened I am going to go through the tutorial and see if I missed something. :angry: :angry: :huh: :cry:

Hi Umar,

Please log in with your ithemes username/password and post the question in the BackupBuddy members forum ( http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/ ) with any information you can give on what happened. A BackupBuddy backup doesn't change anything on a site during backup creation that could cause that but we will see when you post more information after posting in that forum.
