I have been trying to back-up my website for over a week now without success, the back-up never completes.
Is there a maximum size ? The message reads.... back-up has not increased in size for over 60 seconds.

I have been trying to extract files with importbuddy and I keep getting error messages that it can not make contact with the database although when I test the database before contiuing, I get success with all results then error message when going to stage 5 of 6.

My hosting support say that importbuddy file is corrupt and needs a new file for it.
I was using healthyeatingweightlosseatingplan.com/importbuddy.php  me and my hosting support have been trying to sort this out for 10 days now without succes.

Can you please help with this problem.
