Builder And Tabber Widget?

After searching the codex and the forum, I see tutorials on using tabber plugin from two years ago, but nothing recent. Plus I see that others are having problems with tabber working as illustrated.

Is tabber compatible with Builder? I'm using Americana if that matters?

Tabber works fine in Americana.

But still have difficulties with how it looks at http://informationproductsuniversity.com/articles/ - no tabs showing.
