Where do I go to get a control panel for A sql database?

Hi Adrian,

Some hosts have a cpanel for their servers, some don't. If host does have a cpanel then there should be some buttons in it for creating a sql database, here is a video of someone doing just that and some more information about database: http://pluginbuddy.com/tutorial-create-database-in-cpanel/

I get an error 9006 when attempting to create my db for my website. I have tried all kinds of combinations of user names and PWs still getting an error.
