Hi,
We now have our forum built in with our member system so that only customers get access to the support forum. If you've purchased a theme recently, just login using the same info as your Member Panel. If you purchased in the past, please email sales@ithemes.com back with a copy of your receipt so that we can get you added to the new member system, and therefore the forum.  Ronald
