Import Buddy

no back up files

i am having problems backing up and migrating from server to server. The error that i am getting is that there are no back up files to be regcognized. I have followed the instructions that came with the program i purchased thru mobile money machines. If some one can point me in the right direction as what to do that would be great. Thanks

please sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the Backupbuddy support forum: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/
