Replacing Current Wp Theme With Flexx

Hi all,

I have a current WP site currently using the 3-column Cutline theme and have a current store using Shopp.  I like to look and feel of the FLEXX theme.  Is it as easy as uninstalling Cutline and installing the FLEXX option I want and then updating layout and content?  Any gotchas I should know about?
