I emailed the iThemes sales department 2 weeks ago, but I got no response.
I received the Paypal receipt, and also a PDF invoice from you. But these two documents are incomplete. They don't contain your company billing address, and my company billing address.
Could you please send me a proper tax invoice, which also contains your company name and registered address, and also my company name and address?
And how do you know that sales tax wasn't applicable to the purchase? What if my billing address is in Oklahoma, where your company is registered? Or are software products sales tax exempt in Oklahoma?

Yes I emailed sales@ithemes.com in the last 2.5 weeks two times, but I still haven't received a proper invoice. The Paypal receipt doesn't contain your company billing details and my company billing details, how could it be valid?

list your company name as ITHEMES MEDIA, LLC. Are you a sole trader and
is ITHEMES MEDIA your trading name, or you omitted the LLC part?
When I search for Ithemes media on the Oklahoma government site, I get
