Ronald,

My account was disabled. I purchased a developer's license for BackupBuddy.

I cannot log in to my account to post in the correct place.

Please help me get my account back.

Thank you.

Hi Doug,

We have not disabled anything, and I just checked, and your (forum and membership) accounts look fine, and you should be able to login into the forum using the username "arnoldmackey". If you have forgotten your password for the forum, please use the "I've forgotten my password" link.

Once logged in, you can post your issue in the relevant PluginBuddy forum, in this case, the Licensing issues forum, There's definitely something wrong, since you have an unlimited license, a moderator needs to look into this.

thanks,
Ronald
