Hi Pia,
I am just going through the "still open" issues on the old forum. We do realise that for some, there will be inconvenience, unfortunately, this is inevitable during such a transition.
If you could add the posts to the appropriate board here (with a reference - URL to the old posts) I will treat these with priority.
