Email To Sales - No Response For 2 Weeks

Hi -

I have emailed sales twice over the last two weeks and have yet to get a response. I would like to upgrade my backup buddy and/or to a developer suite. I did a chat with a sales rep 2 weeks ago as well - Bottom line, I am ready to purchase when I get some support.

We have responded to your emails on the same day and within the hour you sent your request but the emails are bounced back.  If you have another email address please send it to sales@ithemes.com so that we can assist.
